Listening : The Cure - Friday I'm in Love
Last Weekend on Mother's Day, I have been tried to make some healthy cookies without any butter or amount of sugar.. so research many different kinds of cookies fm website. Eventually I pick this recipe for my healthy snacks which made my day la.
As only found little ingredients at home, so the recipe have changed a bit.
you may also add more different of dried fruits / nuts you like.
Granola Banana Cookies:

Make 18 - 20 cookies

Make 18 - 20 cookies
- 2 large well ripe Banana
- 2 cup Breakfast Granola
- 1/2 cup chopped sliced almonds ( roughly )
- 1/2 cup rasins
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon ( optional )

- Preheat oven 175c
- Peel the bananas and mash their flesh in a medium mixing bowl. Mash very thoroughly until no large chunks remain, the bananas should be essentially liquid.
- Stir in the vanilla.
- Add the granola and stir them in.
- Stir in the salt, cinnamon, sliced almonds, and rasins.
- Stir in honet at last.
- Pat the thick mixture around 1 tb spoon evenly onto the baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle the top lightly with cinnamon.
- Bake for 20 minutes or unti the edges just begin to crisp up.
- Place on a rack to cool.
- Enjoy with your a cup of coffee / tea.
oh wa! Crispy outside and soft inside it's kind chewy with tasty banana every mini bites !
My monster said it's the best healthiest cookies ever done.
